Service Description
The New Moon Wellness Circle is an invitation to slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself. Grounded in the energy of nourishment, self-worth, and safety, this wellness circle is designed to bring you back into your body and out of survival mode. Through gentle rituals and intentional practices, you’ll be supported to regulate your nervous system, reconnect with what truly matters, and begin creating a life that feels as good as it looks. This experience is part facial ritual, part energetic reset, and part feminine gathering, designed especially for women who carry a lot, care deeply for others, and rarely take time to nourish themselves. The evening brings together holistic skincare, sound healing, nervous system regulation, Australian Bush Flower Essences, ritual, intention setting and connection with other women in a way that feels both nurturing and meaningful. We begin with a gentle opening cacao ceremony using grounding breathwork to soften the nervous system and create a calm, safe container for the night ahead. Everyone will sit in circle with a sacred altar at the centre, where sound bowls are used to clear energy and bring the body into a slower, more regulated state. From there, you’ll move into a guided new moon facial and lymphatic massage ritual using natural, energetic and botanical products created especially for this circle. Each step mirrors the theme of balance, release and renewal, supporting you to let go of what you no longer want to carry while inviting softness and flow back into the body. Every woman leaves glowing, inside and out. You’ll also be guided through journaling and reflection to explore what you’re releasing from the past season and what you’re ready to align with moving forward. Each woman will receive a personalised Australian Bush Flower Essence perfume blend to support emotional balance and inner clarity through this seasonal shift. We close the evening with herbal tea, gentle connection and an intentional closing of the circle, allowing you to leave feeling grounded, supported and deeply restored. This is more than a girls night out. It is a ritual to help you balance, release and align with the woman you are becoming.

To honour the preparation, materials, and limited spaces available for this event, the following refund policy applies: All bookings are final and non-refundable. Your ticket secures your place, your ritual kit, and all materials purchased specifically for you. However, I understand that life happens. If you can no longer attend: • You may transfer your ticket to another person at any time, at no extra cost. Please email me with their name and contact details so I can update the guest list. • No-shows or cancellations within 72 hours cannot be transferred or refunded, as all materials and preparations have already been made. In the unlikely event that I need to cancel or reschedule, you will be offered either a full refund or the option to transfer to the new date.
