Service Description
Your first appointment is all about you! Your story, your symptoms, and what you’ve been through to get here. I take the time to really listen, ask the right questions, and start piecing together what your body is trying to tell us. We’ll explore your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, nutrition, and any test results you may have. From there, I’ll create a personalised treatment plan that’s realistic, supportive, and focused on addressing the root cause, not just the symptoms. My goal is for you to walk away feeling heard, hopeful, and clear on your next steps.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. As a small, client-focused practice, late changes have a significant impact on my schedule and on other clients waiting for care. Please read the policy below before booking. Bookings All bookings require full name, email, and mobile number to secure your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Changes made with more than 24 hours’ notice incur no fee. Late Cancellations Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged the full service fee. Arriving Late If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. The full appointment fee will still apply. Illness If you are unwell (fever, vomiting, contagious illness), please notify me as soon as possible to reschedule. I may waive late fees for genuine illness at my discretion. Products, Programs & Consultations For online consultations or programs, the same notice period applies. Missed online appointments and last-minute cancellations will be charged in full due to preparation time. Refunds All prepaid sessions, packages, and deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another appointment time. Agreement By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
