Service Description
Your treatment begins the moment you arrive- not with rushing or forms, but with a warm magnesium footbath to ground your nervous system, while you sip on a nourishing cacao. It’s your invitation to slow down. From there, you’ll sink into a heated treatment bed so soft it feels like a cloud. Every detail is designed to make you feel held, cosy, warm, and completely at ease. The full body massage flows intuitively, tailored to what your body needs, releasing tension and gently guiding you out of your busy mind and back into your body. I always include a foot massage because your feet carry you through life and deserve love too - and finish with my favourite: a grounding scalp massage that melts away lingering stress and drops you into deep relaxation. You’ll leave feeling lighter, clearer, and like you've just come home to yourself.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. As a small, client-focused practice, late changes have a significant impact on my schedule and on other clients waiting for care. Please read the policy below before booking. Bookings All bookings require full name, email, and mobile number to secure your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Changes made with more than 24 hours’ notice incur no fee. Late Cancellations Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged the full service fee. Arriving Late If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. The full appointment fee will still apply. Illness If you are unwell (fever, vomiting, contagious illness), please notify me as soon as possible to reschedule. I may waive late fees for genuine illness at my discretion. Products, Programs & Consultations For online consultations or programs, the same notice period applies. Missed online appointments and last-minute cancellations will be charged in full due to preparation time. Refunds All prepaid sessions, packages, and deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another appointment time. Agreement By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
