This is more than a facial... it’s a full-body exhale. A chance to pause, rest, and nourish both your skin and your nervous system. Your experience begins with a warm magnesium footbath and a cup of cacao to gently ground you and signal to your body that it’s safe to rest. As you sink into the soft, heated treatment bed, your mind begins to quiet. Using organic, skin-loving products chosen just for you, I work with gentle precision to support your skin’s natural glow. Warm towels, facial massage, and lymphatic stimulation relax your face and neck, while LED light therapy boosts healing at a cellular level. From the calming scents to the nurturing touch and of course, my signature scalp massage, this facial is the ultimate reset for skin, soul, and nervous system.
Cancellation Policy
Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. As a small, client-focused practice, late changes have a significant impact on my schedule and on other clients waiting for care. Please read the policy below before booking. Bookings All bookings require full name, email, and mobile number to secure your appointment. Cancellations & Rescheduling If you need to cancel or change your appointment, please give a minimum of 24 hours’ notice. Changes made with more than 24 hours’ notice incur no fee. Late Cancellations Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% fee. Same-day cancellations or missed appointments (“no-shows”) will be charged the full service fee. Arriving Late If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to avoid impacting the next client. The full appointment fee will still apply. Illness If you are unwell (fever, vomiting, contagious illness), please notify me as soon as possible to reschedule. I may waive late fees for genuine illness at my discretion. Products, Programs & Consultations For online consultations or programs, the same notice period applies. Missed online appointments and last-minute cancellations will be charged in full due to preparation time. Refunds All prepaid sessions, packages, and deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred to another appointment time. Agreement By booking a service, you agree to these terms.
