Hi there...I'm Kym! I am a certified Nutrition and Health Coach, wholefood cook and busy mum. I am passionate about helping busy women find the time and energy to be the best version of themselves in the easiest and most effective way possible.
I struggled with chronic fatigue, depression and anxiety disorders for most of my life. After countless doctors visits, medications and around 15 years, I got the diagnosis of hypothyroidism. Unfortunately the extent of the help I received was 'take this pill for the rest of your life, there's nothing you can do'. If you have a thyroid disorder you will know that it affects pretty much everything...so fatigue, hair loss, mood swings and insomnia (just to name a few) were a regular part of my life, so when my beautiful boys came along I decided that wasn't good enough! I didn't want to be the tired, cranky mum. I wanted to enjoy them, to laugh and play with them!
After a lot of research, a lot of study and experimentation, I found real, simple and effective ways to improve my symptoms and be the happy, confident and patient mum/woman I wanted to be!
So that's my why. I've been there and I know first hand how simple nutrition and lifestyles changes can change your life for the better. Looking after me is the single best thing I have done for myself and my family and it will be for you too.
